About Ebay
We connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.
Since 1995, eBay has built pathways to connect buyers and sellers over shared passions and values. People shop for and sell items that meet needs, add to collections, and simply bring joy — whether it’s blasts from the past or today’s must-haves. For both sellers and buyers, we’re the go-to global marketplace. Together, we’re creating a thriving ecosystem where pre-loved goods gain new life, shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for, and small businesses flourish.
